FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL MY LEARNING LIBRARY, CASTINE CONSULTING, OR ANY AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OR YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT. ANY LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID. Many courses that are offered by MLL are approved for continuing education (“CE”) credit by NCBTMB and by local massage therapist licensing authorities and boards (“local boards”) around the United States. MLL makes no representations or warranties as to the specific credits and hours that will be allowed and awarded by any local board for any particular course offering. As the licensee, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE AT ALL TIMES FOR VERIFYING YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTINUING EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR LICENSING AUTHORITY AND FOR THE STATUS OF YOUR LICENSE(S) AND YOUR CE CREDITS. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to check periodically with the authority to determine the nature and amount of CE credits allowed and awarded to you by the licensing authority for courses taken and reported by you. You further understand and agree that MLL shall have no responsibility or liability to any person for deficiencies, alleged or actual, in CE credits or any of the consequences, direct or indirect, resulting from such alleged or actual deficiencies.
Course Cancellation/Refund Policy
The course fee is refundable if the student has not engaged in the course activities and/or logged in to their account to view course material or exceeded a one year period from date of enrollment. Any activity on the account will change the account status from “enrolled” to “in progress” at this time the course refund policy will be voided and no refund will be granted. Students that wish to cancel a course that meet the above criteria should e-mail us at email@example.com to request cancellation and a refund of the original course fee. Due to heavy e-mail volume, refunds can take as long as one month to process fully.
